We’re looking for candidates to join our marketing team and assist with the creation and implementation of digital content in our marketing communications and for the hundreds of thousands of products we sell. From strategy through execution, you would develop optimized digital content to use in outbound marketing programs and search engine optimization.
In this unique COVID-19 environment, our team is currently working remotely, however, we look forward to the day that we can all be together again in our Selinsgrove, PA office. Our team is hard working, adventurous, ambitious, and we like to have fun! This role will likely start as a work-from-home position, but the intent will be to eventually work in our office.
Skills we’re looking for:
- You have a proven track record of managing SEO projects and assessing and improving search engine optimization programs.
- You have a solid background creating content across multiple channels, for multiple audiences/personas, and tracking key metrics and performance.
- You are adept at research and you apply this skill in researching keywords and competitors, and analyzing impacts.
- You have basic HTML experience; javascript experience would be a great plus.
- You have written and verbal marketing communications skills that are often recognized as top notch amongst your peers.
- You play well with others. No exceptions here: this is a fairly small team, and we genuinely like each other.
- You have strong project management, multi tasking, and prioritization skills and are able to function at a high performance level on a tight schedule.
- You’re experienced with setting and maintaining goals and targets for your various projects and measuring the success.
