Customer Care Agent

LightingNewYork.com is the fastest growing online retailer in the Lighting Industry and we are currently seeking Customer Care Agents for our office in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email with the opportunity to create raving fans for Lighting New York every single day.

This full-time position will work Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm (your specific shift 8 hour shift may vary by day).

Positions start at $16.00/hr with a $1/hour increase after 60 day provisional period + Quarterly Bonus and Commissions on product sales.
